Font Poster


Hello there!

So, here we can see the picture above is a poster of Helvetica font. Helvetica is one of the most popular typefaces in the world. Technically speaking, it’s a sans serif typeface, inspired by and based on the Akzidenz-Grotesk typeface created by Berthold around 1898 but the original Helvetica was designed in Switzerland in 1957 by Max Miedinger and Eduard Hoffmann. The reason why I love this font is that we see it hundreds of times a day, ranging from product labels to blogs to advertising, posters and many other products. However, in practical terms, it is used by designers from all over the world at small companies, large businesses and all in between. For instance, we can see famous brands such as BMW, PANASONIC, ORAL-B, TOYOTA, NESTLE and many more are using this Helvetica font for their logos.

We know that Helvetica is a sans serif font, that has a simple and modern look but it can fit in with various kinds of designs. In my opinion, Helvetica has an advantage that it is quite a "safe" font. If you're uncertain about how different types influence design, Helvetica can be a good fall-back choice that has little effect on itself. To conclude, I just want to say that I love this font so much. But, if I can choose a top three, the second font that catches my heart to use in poster design is POPPINS FONT that is one of the Geometric sans serif typefaces that has an 18 font family and there is the top 5 family that I usually used is thin, regular, bold, extra bold and bold italic. Even though for my font poster assignment I choose a Poppins font, but still for me Helvetica wins in my heart.

Hello Everyone!  So here is a poster, Wreck-It Ralph movie. I just try and error to put all the main characters in 1 poster. Actually, why I did this is because I want to practice for my Lab Test so yah this is the result. hahaha  Not perfect and not so "kemas", but I did my best. Oh actually I've done my real Lab Test, and I will not post it here so I just post my practice cropping. For my Lab test, I have done my best but yeah I submitted to my lecturer a bit late because I lost my idea because I was too nervous at that time because I woke up late. But It's okay I hope that Sir Khai will deduct only 2 marks or maybe 1 mark hahaha I hope so. Wish me luck!  Oh yeah, one more thing! Final Magazine Cover Design

Well, hello hello guys! Uuuu I look so hot in this magazine cover, yeah hahaha. Okay here is the final look for my magazine cover assignment. For the Masthead, why I choose BLUSH because I want to show that this is a teen fashion magazine with feminine looks. The font that I used for this magazine's masthead is GlossandBloom font and I think I chose the best font for this magazine look. I put all the cover magazine elements, as you can see there is a selling line which is teen fashion trend, Dateline, the main image which is my own face (feeling like a model), the main cover line that is Maisarah Hamdan success revealed!,3 bubble cover line and also bar code at the bottom left of the magazine. Alhamdulillah, I put all my efforts to finish this design and I hope that I will get A for this Graphic and Intelligence Design Subject. Pray for me! Lots of love, M.

Upin & Ipin Challenge

Hello everyone!  This is cropping and placing Upin & Ipin challenge task that was given by my lecturer, Sir Khai. I've done my best to finished this task even though some of the pictures on my poster are not really HD, but it's okay at least I learned a lot of things by doing this poster and I love to explore more about photoshop.
